    If anyone wants intrusive and humiliating experience on their privacy. Scotiabank, Elmsdale branch, is there to provide that service with pride. It seems bad service comes naturally to them.

    Tellers talk to me like I have three heads, some tellers can't even do basic tasks e.g: photocopying.

    Shameless customer service and wait times to get banking matters addressed.

    If you have a banking emergency forget it, you will have to wait over a week to get seen by the person assigned to you.
